VISA FORMALITIES
Up to date passport with validity extending for six months beyond the date of Conference is necessary.
Up to 6 weeks may be required for visa processing by the Indian Embassy. The organizing committee has no control over this formality. The processing time may differ from country to country. We encourage you to make inquiries at the Indian Embassy in your country for details about the visa procedures.
However, the Organising Secretary shall issue a letter of invitation to the participants after the receipt of the registration fees for facilitating the visa formalities.
The participant details required for the invitation letter for visa purposes are as follows:
• Full Name as in passport.
• Gender.
• Nationality.
• Date of birth:
• Country of issue of the passport.
• Date of Issue.
• Valid till what date.
• If presenting a paper or poster, the title of the presentation.
• Institutional affiliation.
• Duration of intended stay in India.
It is not necessary to present a paper or poster to be able to participate in the Conference. Those who are interested to attend the Conference are welcome.
